Nice little car, and looks cheap motoring in terms of insurance and tax and should be good on fuel so can see the appeal. Looked at a lease deal and was £8k for 36 months and 5k pa for a Basic Up on the first site I googled, unlike the leasing in three years times you can at least get a reasonable amount of what you paid for it back. Id rather loose £3k in depreciation over that time and have a car to show for it than loose £8k and have nothing to show for it when it goes back

We have an almost identical 5dr. I can't fault it really. Fab little 3 pot unit, nippy enough and sips fuel.

Looks great. I wouldn't fancy cleaning those wheels. My ex's sister has had a few of these. She loves them. I do like white

I agree

I had an xtype with some similar ones on. I hate cleaning wheels anyway.

Have you given it a tickle yet?

I've got similar wheels on my Seat Ateca. They look great but are a real pain to clean.

One of my regrets, getting rid of ours.

I bought Mrs W one and she loved it, an ideal run around for work and for us to nip to the shops etc. However with her family 250 miles away and no guarantee that we would both be traveling down in mine, we decided that something bigger was required and went for the x1.

Then a wee thing called Covid started lurking around, so the X1 hasnt been used for its intended purpose shall we say.

Anyway, we had the High Up!, I traded it in with 19k miles on it...for £4,500. (64 plate) I really wish I just kept it for me to run around in, in and out of town and diving about. It was a really great little car, fun on the backroads and did everything I needed it to do for a city car...a hoot on the backroads roads too.
Funny thing is, I had this conversation with my uncle this week about this.

You will love the Up!...a will Mrs BH, its a cracking wee car.

(sneaks off to ebay witha budget in mind LOL)
