Question Kestral SIM180 Rotary speeds?

Does anyone know what RPMs are each of the speeds?

They all are I think; the numbers in between dictate the speeds of the 1/2's.

So, 2 1/2 is 1798 RPM

How are you getting on with your Liam?

Ah i see.

Yeah good, love it. Im waiting for some decent weather to fill and correct a scratch and stone chip on the bonnet then give the car a once over with po85rd ready for WSR. Are you going?

I'll be at WSR yeah - I loaned a Makita from Mids Detailing, and mine has come up a treat. No more DA for me. I'm just weighing up the Chicago vs the Kestrel now... I think the Kestrel is okay for an occasional user?

Yeah, i did a bit of reading up on them before i bought mine. It seems the pros opt for the makita because it would be used all day everyday and the Kestrel is more than good for the occasional user.

Ive used mine on about 5 cars in 3 months and its not missed a beat, cant recommend it enough for the price. Saying that, i havent used another rotary so i cant compare

I thing that under load the RPM are lower, especially at minimum speed.
