Painting Brake disks????

Hi all

Just bought myself a new set of disks and pads for my car and want to get the edges and bell painted before fitting them.

Anyone know of a decent paint I can use to prevent these areas rusting?

Many thanks in advance

Colour's not really an issue but black would be preferred.

I used zinc primer on mine.
It's grey and leaves quite a nice finish

Zinc primer is good, as it will inhibit rust, but it's only a primer. Safe to top it with a gloss/satin/matt finish of the VHT variety, and in any colour you want.

I was recently asked to do lime green calipers, but do the hubs silver. It all depends on car colour and wheel colour as to what may look best.
